Teaching Assistants required in Enfield

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Individual and Group Support: Provide dedicated assistance to students both in the classroom and in smaller group settings, helping them to overcome barriers to their learning.
• Diverse Student Needs: Work with students who have a range of needs, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and those registered with special educational needs, including those with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).
• Behavioural Support: Engage with and support students who may exhibit challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in an educational setting, particularly working with students facing various challenges, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
