Bounce Teachers work with the majority of schools in Enfield who are constantly seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their teams as Cover Supervisor. These roles offer excellent opportunities to work with students aged 11-16 and gain hands-on experience in supportive and dynamic school environments.

Bounce Teachers work with the majority of schools in Enfield who are constantly seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their teams as Cover Supervisor. These roles offer excellent opportunities to work with students aged 11-16 and gain hands-on experience in supportive and dynamic school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Provide effective cover for absent teachers, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards in line with expectations.
  • Resource Preparation: Utilise in-house procedures to access cover work and prepare necessary resources for the classroom.
  • Emergency Response: Handle immediate issues or emergencies according to school policies and procedures.
  • Extra-Curricular Involvement: Engage with and contribute to a diverse range of extra-curricular activities offered across all year groups.
